How will you deal with this situation? What leadership style will you use
what i would do if a worker of mine is always late or not into their job ( i have 3 stages before i fire him) than what i would do is first i would ask him or her if there something wrong reason why is that people are into things if there a problem at home or anywhere else. but if there was nothing wrong with him or her than i would ask him if he could do better or try harder. the last stage would be that i would give him him something to motivate him. but if that doesn't work than i would fire him if nothing is being improve. i would use a Democratic Leadership

Why is customer service important?
customer is very important because if you don't have customer service than who would help your customer if they have problems or if they need help on the product your selling. customer will always buy stuff if the have customer service. the reason why is that if your customer bought something that needs to be fix or built than they need to use customer service to help them build what they bought or what they need to be built

the newton law is f = ma which means Force equal to the mass and the velocity. the big the mass the more force it needs to move it. like the more mass the more force you need to force.when it has more mass it means more baggage. the bigger the business is the more baggage it has the more baggage it has the more force it need to move or to get to places. The thing is if you put it in a pete dish and onec you point a light to it than it will run away and hide. another thing is that parents dont buy junk food for there kids but in fact mcdonlads sell more than 10000000 of burgers you can prove a hypothesis through observation you can only disprove it. entropy is a measure of disorder and that entropy will always increase.you can get a strong message and disprove it. the message to marketing is to embrace it not hate it.

I think that the item that would make the most profit is the cand and the gum. the reason why ithing it will make the most profit is because everyone likes candy and gum. its also cheaper here than other places so than people wouild come here instead of other places like 7 11. the reason why think the other product like jackets or t shirt is that only some people will buy it once but for the candy and gum people will buy all the time and constantly.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statements? Explain Why
i disagree with the first one because when u pay with cash it means that the store doesn't have to waste a percentage of the profit they make. So if they get cash it would be better for them. They would higher the prices because they want to make more profit instead losing money. the second one is true because if no one has money to buy it then they wouldn't buy it. but they would buy it if they had money later on. the third one is not true because when you use a credit card an amount of money your spending will go to the bank that your using.

What is Guerilla Marketing?
- A marketing tactic in which a company uses surprise and/or unconventional interactions in order to promote a product or service. Guerrilla marketing is different than traditional marketing in that it often relies on personal interaction and has a smaller budget, and it focuses on smaller groups of promoters that are responsible for getting the word out in a particular location rather than on wide-spread media campaigns.

I think about this guy in the video, I think he's trying to say that there are efficient ways to save energy and protect the earth. He said that there are a special type of glass (window) to make your house warm in the winter. and it would take all the heat from the sun and absorb to make the house warmer. The window can also make house cool in the winter by releasing the heat in your house to make it cooler. He also show a way to look at things a night without lights or anything he got an item that lets you see in the dark.

Author Isaac Asimov once stated, “Never let your sense of morals get in the way of doing what’s right.”
I think he meant was that never let your sense of morals get in your way of doing things u wanna do. You shouldn't let morals get in your way to succeeding things you want to. He also meant that you shouldn't let morals get in your way of doing something right. for an example if someone lost there money and you know where that person is you shouldn't let your moral get in your way to be doing something right. But instead you should go and give the money back to where it belongs. So thats what i think he meant be saying “Never let your sense of morals get in the way of doing what’s right.”

What do you do if
- Your friend asks you to add a few extra hours to a work time sheet for him, but you know that he did not put in the time.
- A salesperson in an electronics store offers to sell you an iPod after hours at a discounted price.
- You are aware that the teller gave you back too much money when completing a banking transaction.
If he didn't put in the time i would go and tell the boss that he worked extra and that he should pay him for the time he spent working. But if the boss said he couldn't i would go and get my money to pay
him because it would make me feel bad that he didn't get paid for working for me.
If a salesperson sold an ipod after a discount i would return it and complain about him for selling me an ipod after the sale
if i got ore money than i am suppose to them i would go and tell the manger that i got to much money because taking money thats not yours is like stealing so i rather send the money back .

what you think about the criticisms on your blog.
What i think about this is that they are trying to help the homeless people with the income. They set up tents in calgary at the olympic plaza as well. They also had police and they didnt do anything about them. They did this because of how life targets.

Question.
Why do you think it's become so popular? What do you think of the statement?
I think it became so popular because everyone is joining it especially the rich people that work in wall street. they all saying that rich people are getting so much money and they also pay for low taxes which means that the poor people get little amount but at the same time they have to pay much more for taxes than the people working in wall street. I think the statement me is true because like i said rich are just richer and the poor is getting poorer.

what we already know about ads and what makes a good ad.
In any advertisement, the timeframe you have to make an impression on your audience is limited to seconds. For billboard and print ads, this may be as little as 3-5 seconds; for radio and television, 30 seconds is usually standard. This limited time and space may encourage the notion that the ad or commercial must be full to the brim with information. This is misleading, and merely creates a cluttered, schizophrenic ad that becomes lost among similar amateur efforts. It is far more effective to develop a concise, coherent ad that appeals well to its audience.
A good ad:
A good ad:
- Connects with its audience
- Is memorable and easily recalled
- Provides information quickly and succinctly
- Doesn’t confuse the viewer or make them hunt for the pertinent information
- Calls the viewer to action

video response
in the video he show equations on how to make money, economy, and the environment. he was the one that increase the amount of sales and he also show how to double the profit. he also talked about the scarcity. the bad thing about the video was that he doesn't know how to make the viewers more interested into it. but the good thing was that he knew how to make money and showed how to sell more of your product.

women video...
- Do you think this women has her facts correct? How do you think the world would change if women had more leadership roles?
- I think that her facts are right. the reason why is that when she said women do three times (childcare) the more than a man does labour work. Which is correct cause women does do more than a man can. if women had more leadership roles in the world than the world would be quite better cause women knows how to do and how to do it. then the world would be much better than men just having leadership.

Describe your competition's products...
Describe your competition's products. What are the prices of your competition? How do they market their goods and services? Were you able to talk to staff and customers?
Our computation is "One circle dance compony". One circle price for term is $125 and for drop in it's $15. On the other hand as we are only charging $5 for drop in. It's ways cheaper then the "One circle compony". One circle have advertised on facebook and they also have their own website. We're going to do the same but we well have more advertises then One circle's. you can talk to us any time because we are the staffs and the dance teachers.

video responce
At his carpet company, He has increased sales and doubled profits while turning the traditional "take / make / waste" industrial system on its head. In a gentle, understated way, he shares a powerful vision for sustainable commerce. Logic is eradicate capitalism and abolish money. I agree that Hemp is a useful product, but am going to ask you how adding another product, or switching to another product is the answer to our problems, when our problems stem from over production and over consumption as much as they do wrong consumption and wrong production?

Malcolm Gladwell Talks at TED About Business ...
What can you take from this video into your own work?
The more chooses you have the better result you get. In the video he said that you should have varieties your business. for an example he said that people that made sauce that you should have different types of sauces. he said that you shouldn't just have one type you should have types like chunky, spices, regular,
and sweetness. so what he did was he took people ideas and brought them all together to taste his sauce. which made his business very successful. In our business if we do what he just said then our business then we would become more successful then what he had in mind.

what did you learn about team work from the last two assignments? What do you do well as a team member? Why is that important?
What I learned about team working is that when we work as a group we get lot's of ideas and we get the job done pretty fast. When we don't work all together we don't get the job done on time and we don't get the job right either. Eg: building the straw and tape tower it was really easy because we worked it out all together in a team.

What would happen to businesses if everyone had unlimited cash?
If everyone businesses had unlimited cash then there wouldn't be any business. People would have so much money that they wouldn't care how much the prize is. In business there well be lots of competition.
